What is a cabana?

A cabana is a private outdoor roofed structure used for relaxation or entertainment.

What is a daybed?

An outdoor daybed is a bed typically used for lounging or seating outside during the day.

We are proud to operate out of our 50,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility in Los Angeles, CA.

What design programs do your architects use?

At the inception of each project, our Architectural Design Team utilizes Computer Automated Design (CAD) and SolidWorks to create a complete rendering of your vision.

What does it mean to have an "engineered" cabana?

Our engineered cabanas are specifically approved for high wind-loads between 105 MPH (Aluminum frame with a fabric cover) to 170 MPH (Aluminum frame only). However, we can engineer any cabana to meet your requirements.

I need an engineered shade structure. Can you engineer it?

Yes.  We can engineer most structures. Our Engineering Team, which is licensed in all 50 states, ensures the structural integrity of your job, and can offer engineering calculations for wind, snow, seismic, foundational and footing preparations.

Are your frames fabricated with aluminum or steel?

For cabanas and other products near the water, we use aluminum whenever feasible because of its strength and durability against wind, weather, erosion, and rust. However, we often work with steel and galvanized steel.

What fabrics do you use for your cabanas?

We use only the highest quality fabrics to withstand the toughest weather conditions. We recommend Sunbrella® Awning/Marine grade fabric. Sunbrella® has a prorated ten (10) year manufacturer’s warranty.

What fabrics do you use for your slide-on wire systems?

We use only the highest quality fabrics to withstand the toughest weather conditions. We recommend a PVC-coated polyester fabric from Awntex® or Ferrari Soltis®. Both fabrics carry a five (5) year manufacturer’s warranty.

What fabric do you use for your shade sails?

We use only the highest quality fabrics to withstand the toughest weather conditions. We prefer to use a fabric blend from Coolaroo®, Polytex®, or Comtex® for our shade sails.

Will you work with a different fabric that I’ve selected?

Of course! We are happy to work with any customer owned material (COM).

Do you recover or replace cabana covers or shade structure frames?

Yes. We can create new custom-made fabric covers for your existing frame, and we will replace any steel or aluminum frame.

Are your cabanas fire proof?

FIRESIST® is an inherently fire resistant fabric. Additionally, Sunbrella® Awning/Marine grade fabrics can be flame-treated.

Can you add a logo or graphics?

Our designers can reproduce logos, lettering, or any image on fabric, plastic, and metal finishes.

Can you install my shade structure?

Yes. We are fully licensed and insured to install in every state, and we ship internationally. We provide detailed shop drawings for every product, so installation can also be accomplished by another contractor or maintenance crew.

How long will it take for my shade structure to be delivered or installed?

Because every aspect of design and fabrication is accomplished at our LA office, we are able to meet the tightest deadlines. Just ask!

What is your warranty on workmanship?

Our work is warrantied for 2 years.
